Institut Marquès’ Barcelona centre stands out for its open design, starting with the square, Plaza Marquès, that welcomes you to the building, where you can stroll, have a drink, lunch or snack at Tapas Corner bar-restaurant, do some shopping just as one might in Paseo de Gracia, get some work done in the Work Area or else wind down in its Chill-Out Zone. There is also an area with activities and games for the kids.
The following materials by Keraben Grupo were chosen for use in the project: 1250m2 of 30x60 Urban Gris tiles, 160m2 of 30x60 non-slip Urban Gris tiles, skirting and step tiles. Collections chosen for their minimalist, neutral, clean-looking appearance.
