On the edge of an large pine forest, this 452 m2 single family home blends in and merges with the nature that surrounds it.
The design of this house began with the aim of preserving the old almond grove on the riverbank where the project is located. For this reason, from the very beginning, the architecture was used to create links with the landscape, with low-maintenance native plants and filtering pavements that would facilitate the passage of water.
As a whole, the outline of this project was based on its location. Throughout the house, the lighting and the views of the surrounding vegetation act as additional elements of the interior design.
In order to preserve the modern, industrial look of the façade, and to extend it throughout the space, Metropol Inspired Cream 75x75 was used. The Antislip version was also used for the exteriors and terrace.

«The Viraje studio was born in 2009 from the conviction of its three founders that another way of building and practicing architecture is possible.
From a small studio in the outskirts of Mislata, a team of multidisciplinary professionals with an "alternate" vision was formed to provide answers and generate solutions tailored to the new era the world of architecture now finds itself in. The team is made up of architects, technical architects, designers and engineers with the aim of covering all the areas that make up the architectural practice in the most complete way possible.»
