The architecture and shaping of the collective space is designed for leisure and free time.
As for the flooring and cladding of the homes, several collections of the Keraben brand have been selected, since each owner can customise the home to their personal preferences.
As regards interiors, the 30x60 & 30x90 cladding formats along with the 60x60 flooring formats of the Evoque, Mixit, Brancato, Essential, Mood, Frame, Evolution and Nature collections have been used. Some properties feature laminate flooring while others have wood-effect porcelain, such as Madeira or Savia in Oak (Roble) colour by Keraben.
In exteriors and common areas, Underground Grey has been chosen in its Antislip version for the flooring, while the verticals have been clad in Natural finish.
Inari Crema Soft 90x90 has been used in the doorways and the entrance.
