The 127 sqm of space were originally two different premises split between use as a pharmacy and as a storage area. Following the refurbishment, the two premises have been combined and a lot more retail space has been gained. The L-shape of the entire floor plan was a challenge for the team of architects in charge of the project, mainly because of the layout approach. In the end we opted for a customer service area that revolves around four individual counters, acting as the backbone and meeting point with the customer. The individual design of these counters is ideal for respecting patient privacy.
The core materials chosen for this project were microcement and wood, both combine perfectly and offer that contemporary and cosy touch that the client wanted. Throughout the whole space it manages to convey that sense of harmony, closeness and personal attention.
The general flooring of the pharmacy belongs to the Inari collection by Keraben, in Perla colour, with a Soft finish and 90x90 format. Inari is a refined collection inspired by Iranian marble. A natural work of art. The Soft finish gives Inari a distinguished appearance which, coupled with its aged marble relief, faithfully reproduces the silky touch and natural appearance of this material subjected to the passage of time.
