The versatility of stone in design is best demonstrated in the Brancato collection. Its shapes, finishes, textures and colours convey unique sensations. Brancato, inspired by a stone of the quartz family, provides all the character of the stone with lightness and finesse.
All these aspects encouraged the owner and the project architect to choose this collection as the ideal material to cover all the spaces of the entire project. The house, located on the Costa del Sol in Marbella, displays at its best the character that exudes each piece. The various different formats can be seen in every inch of the house creating a completely unique atmosphere.
We can appreciate in the terrace and pool areas two formats in natural and antislip finish. These provide the appropriate technical specifications to ensure optimal safety and comfort as well as aesthetic appearance. The 200 metres of exterior terracing on the main living areas are actually technical flooring enabling a seamless and level transition to the interior. Terraces truly become part of the house. Once inside the house, we can see how the collection also covers areas such as the kitchen and the living room, giving each room that special touch, while maintaining an unbroken flow that makes this home such an exceptional place.
Additionally we will notice that throughout the house both interior and exterior are more than 70 steps in Brancato ranging between 100 and 180 cm wide.
In the bathrooms we can see one of the multiple options that the Keraben group offers using an open joint to allow for drainage in the showers.
A stone that might appear uninteresting and simple thus becomes inspiration for this great project.
